The motto of this blog is “there is nothing which is not political”, that is to say I try to bring out the political or ideological aspects of things that do not seem political at first sight. There is an emphasis on music because that is my own field, but it could be about anything. This is not a dry theoretical exercise, I do it because I want to figure out what is going on with the world and how to change it. My main influences are Slavoj Zizek, Alain Badiou and Adam Kotsko. Please feel free to comment on anything; questions, criticisms, elaborations are all very welcome!
